By submitting a device for repair, you acknowledge and accept that electronic device repair involves inherent risks, including but not limited to partial or complete device failure, loss of functionality, or data loss. While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and integrity of your device, the website owner shall not be liable for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, manufacturer-related failures, or unforeseen complications that may arise during or after the repair process.

Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their device to our repair facility. All shipments must include the customer’s printed repair ticket or PDF repair confirmation that is emailed after checkout. Failure to include the repair ticket may result in delays in processing and identifying the device.

 

Customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending devices to our facility unless otherwise stated. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for devices lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit to our location.

 

Once the device has been received and processed, customers will be notified via email regarding repair status updates. Return shipping costs, shipping methods, and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before the device is returned.

 

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all personal data is backed up prior to shipment. While reasonable care is taken during repairs, we are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or recovery issues that may occur during the repair process.

 

Customers must remove passwords, activation locks, or account restrictions when necessary to complete diagnostic testing and repairs. Devices that cannot be tested due to security restrictions may be returned unrepaired.

 

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of damaged, improperly packaged, contaminated, or unsafe shipments.

Warranty Policy

All completed repairs include a limited 60-day warranty beginning on the date the repaired device is delivered to the customer.

 

If an issue directly related to the original repair arises within the 60-day warranty period, the customer may ship the device back to us for inspection and evaluation. Customers must include a detailed explanation of the issue experienced with the device.

 

The warranty applies only to defects or issues directly caused by the original repair service or workmanship performed by our technicians. Warranty coverage does not apply to any unrelated issues, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or damage occurring after the device has been returned to the customer.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

 

◾ Water or liquid damage
◾ Cosmetic damage
◾ Cracked screens or housings
◾ Damage caused by drops or impact
◾ Damage to components or areas of the device unrelated to the original repair
◾ Damage caused by improper charging accessories or electrical surges
◾ Software corruption caused by third-party applications or user modifications

 

Devices showing signs of tampering, additional repair attempts, or physical abuse may void the warranty entirely.

 

Warranty service does not guarantee a refund and is limited to inspection, re-repair, replacement of defective repair components where applicable, or another appropriate resolution determined by our technicians.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

To process a refund request, the device must be returned to us for inspection and evaluation. Upon receiving the device, we will notify the customer that the return has been received and is being reviewed. After inspection, we will notify the customer regarding the approval status of the refund and whether the device qualifies for a full refund, partial refund, repair credit, or denial of the refund request.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the condition of the device, the nature of the repair performed, diagnostic findings, and whether the issue is related to the original service provided.

 

The following items and services are non-refundable:

 

◾ Gift cards
◾ Digital products
◾ Downloadable software products
◾ Non-reversible repairs
◾ Devices damaged after the expiration of the 60-day warranty period

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved at our discretion.

Refunds may be denied if the device has sustained additional damage after delivery, has been tampered with, or shows evidence of misuse, unauthorized repairs, or neglect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of repair services, exchanges are generally not offered on completed repair work. However, if replacement components installed during a repair are found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, we may, at our discretion, replace the defective component with a comparable replacement part.

 

Availability of replacement components may vary depending on device model, manufacturer availability, and market supply conditions.

Repair Risks Acknowledgement

By submitting a device for repair, the customer acknowledges and accepts that electronic device repair carries inherent risks and that no repair can guarantee a 100% success rate.

 

While we take meticulous care in handling every device and use industry-standard tools, procedures, and repair practices to minimize the risk of damage or failure, certain devices may experience unforeseen complications due to age, prior damage, manufacturer defects, wear and tear, previous repair attempts, or component degradation.

 

In some cases, devices may fail unexpectedly during or after the repair process despite appropriate care being taken by both the customer and the repair technician. Certain repairs may reveal additional underlying issues that were not previously detectable during initial inspection or diagnostics.

By using our services, the customer understands and accepts that some devices may become partially or completely inoperable as a result of pre-existing conditions or unforeseen hardware failures that occur during the repair process and are outside the reasonable control of the repair technician.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate known risks before performing repairs whenever possible; however, certain failures may occur without warning due to the fragile and complex nature of modern electronic devices.
